Maximum Assembly Before Shipment

The Cooling Products shop assembles all coolers to the maximum extent possible for shipping. Units with bay sizes of up to 60 ft. and 40 tons are loaded and shipped from our facility.

Modular designs are used for exceptionally large units, lower walkway systems, and warm air recirculation systems. Walkways and handrails are also mounted for shipment and units with louvers include installing them rather than loose loaded.   

Testing

Test run-in of fans, drives, and motors are standard and required by CPI QA protocols including API-661 vibration tests. Amperage readings are also performed to assess fan settings, motor integrity, and motor loads.
